Biotechnology is one of the new innovative sources for human nutrition, health, and environmental safety, which influences the intention of the conference. The purpose of the conference is to present actual results in the field of quality, safety, and hygiene of raw materials and food hygiene, plants, animals and also microbial biotechnology; genetic sources; and molecular markers of properties with perspective for breeding and quality of production.
The conference aims to bring together ecotoxicologists, environmentalists, chemists, ecologists, and food scientists to give them a forum for exchanging information dealing with the wide range of threats to human health.
